Polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant topcoat is refined from modified polyurethane resin, hard wear-resistant fillers, weather-resistant color pigments and functional additives, available in one-component and two-component types. Used in conjunction with epoxy primer and intermediate coat, it is a high-protection topcoat specially designed for industrial floors and heavy-duty sites. The cured coating features dense and hard film, excellent anti-rolling, scratch resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, combined with outstanding outdoor weather resistance and indoor heavy-load wear resistance. It is widely applied for industrial floor coating in areas with heavy foot traffic, frequent forklift operation and heavy machinery loads. It can serve as an upgraded overlay for conventional epoxy flooring or be directly used as the surface finish.
